For councils, organisations & employers

A shared platform.
Personalised progress.

BridgeIt is developing a B2B2C route for organisations that want to help people build practical knowledge, confidence and belonging in a new country.

The BridgeIt model

One platform.
Three connected roles.

B2B2C means business-to-business-to-consumer. The institutional or corporate client purchases access for a defined group. BridgeIt provides the shared platform and agreed learning structure. Participants then use the programme as the people it is designed to support.

  • 01
Institutional buyerA council, local authority, third-sector organisation or private employer purchases a licence or pilot.
  • 02
Delivery and support partnerThe client and BridgeIt agree the cohort, language, delivery context, safeguarding and support arrangements.
  • 03
ParticipantsNew Scots, migrant communities, refugees, employees or other agreed users access the learning journey.
How it works

A simple pathway from need to evidence.

The process is shown visually below: one shared platform, clear conditions before delivery and personalised learning and measurement for participants.

BridgeIt B2B2C pathway showing five stages: Discover, Co-design, Configure, Pilot and measure, and Review and decide. It also shows conditions before delivery: budget, roles, IP, governance and quotes, and intended contributions of accessible learning, inclusion, confidence and participation, to be tested rather than guaranteed.
The platform structure is shared so it can scale; the learning journey, support and progress monitoring are personalised.
Who can buy access?

Designed for organisations with a practical reason to act.

BridgeIt is opening conversations with potential commissioning and delivery partners — not presenting untested impact as a completed result.

Councils and local authorities

For teams working on integration, community development, employability, language access, resettlement or services for New Scots.

Third-sector organisations

For charities, community organisations and support providers that want a shared learning structure alongside their own trusted relationships and services.

Private employers

For companies with international staff or diverse workforces that want to support practical cultural learning, confidence and participation beyond the workplace.

What a licence means

Access to a programme, not a one-off document.

A licence is an organisational agreement to provide access to the shared Navigating Scotland platform and an agreed learning journey for a defined cohort or workforce group. The platform structure is the same for all participants so it can scale more easily.

The learning journey, pace, support and progress monitoring remain personalised. Content can be delivered in the participant’s native language, with culturally adapted learning-retention tools for each language and context. The first pilot is planned in Portuguese for early 2027.

Licensing scope, implementation support, measurement and any partner responsibilities will be agreed after an exploratory conversation. There is no public price list at this stage because the pilot scope and delivery model are still being defined.

Important boundary

BridgeIt is not a legal-advice service, does not replace qualified interpreters and does not guarantee immigration, employment or integration outcomes.

A simple route to acquisition

Start with a conversation.

The first step is free and exploratory. It is not a commitment to purchase.

Interested in finding out more?

If your council, organisation or company may be interested in commissioning a pilot, purchasing licences or becoming a delivery partner, contact Patricia with a short, non-sensitive outline.

At this stage, BridgeIt is especially interested in hearing from organisations that could help shape the Portuguese pilot planned for early 2027.

This page describes a developing commercial model. It does not represent a completed pilot, confirmed council or organisation partner, secured funding, final pricing or evaluated impact.
