Information should
be usable.
The site is designed for readable, responsive access, with a clear route to report a barrier.
Pages use headings, labelled navigation, a skip-to-content link and visible keyboard focus. Article text is available in the initial page HTML. The FAQ uses native expandable details, and motion is reduced when your device requests it.
You can zoom text, browse on a mobile screen and use the navigation with a keyboard. Article search is an enhancement: all article links in the current edition remain available without JavaScript. The current edition is in English. These are design features, not a claim of WCAG conformance; a full assistive-technology conformance evaluation has not been completed. Last reviewed: 7 October 2026.
Known limitations
External pages may have different accessibility standards. The email-draft feature depends on your configured mail app; you can instead copy the published email address into your preferred email service.
